My name is Justin!
As a UX Designer with a background in retail and filmmaking, I am passionate about creating memorable digital experiences that will break the box office. Drawing from my previous customer-facing experience, I am well-versed in empathizing with user needs and communicating design decisions to stakeholders.
More About Me...

-
I graduated from Endicott College in 2015 with my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communications with my focus being in Digital Filmmaking.
-
My senior thesis was a documentary short film about a Beatles tribute band named Studio Two. If you have a few minutes to spare and like the music of The Beatles, check it out.
-
I struggled to obtain a job in the communications field, so I applied for a seasonal holiday position at Macy's to make extra money. They asked me to stay on after the holidays, and I became a full-time Sales Associate. A few months later, I ended up getting promoted to a Sales and Customer Experience Manager.
-
During my tenure at Macy's, I worked in many different departments, including Home, Children's Clothes, Furniture, Women's Clothing, and Men's Clothing.
-
After working through the Covid-19 Pandemic and feeling burnt out, my cousin recommended I look into General Assembly since he completed their Software Engineering Immersive program.
-
After researching General Assembly's courses, I absolutely fell in love with UX Design! I left my job at Macy's at the end of 2021, and began General Assembly's UX Design Immersive Course in January 2022.
-
I am excited and motivated to begin my career as a UX Designer, and I cannot wait to see what future opportunities await!
